Design and development of BestMobile, a PrestaShop platform selling smartphone and tablet repair services online throughout Spain. The e-commerce system lets customers choose their device and the repair required, purchase the service and arrange collection and subsequent delivery of the repaired device directly to their home.

The project
BestMobile is a Spanish business specializing in smartphone and tablet repairs, offering a home pick-up and delivery service for devices across the whole country.
The goal was to digitalize the process of requesting and purchasing repairs, allowing customers to select their device and the service they need without having to visit the workshop in person.
The solution
Leonardo Network designed and developed an e-commerce platform based on PrestaShop, adapting the online sales system to the sale of repair services rather than traditional products.
The catalogue is organized by manufacturer, series and device model, with dedicated pages for the various technical interventions, such as screen and battery replacement and component repair.
The purchasing process allows customers to find the repair they need, check its price and place their order online.
The service is built around a logistics model that includes collecting the device from the customer, repairing it in the workshop and then returning it, extending the business's operations to the whole of Spain.

A specialized e-commerce platform that turns technical support services into offerings that can be purchased online.
The solution simplifies the repair request process, expands the commercial reach beyond the local customer base and combines digital sales with the home pick-up and delivery logistics service.
