ADHOC Revolution ERP ⇄ WooCommerce Integration Module

The professional integration module for ADHOC Revolution ERP and WooCommerce, designed for companies that want an online store that is always up to date without manual work.

The module connects Zucchetti's ADHOC Revolution ERP directly to WooCommerce: products, variants, prices and stock levels are automatically transferred to the online store, eliminating duplicate data entry. On request, orders and customer records can be transferred from the website back to the ERP.

Compatibility

• ADHOC Revolution version 4.2 and later.
• WooCommerce version 7 and later.
• ERP database: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL.

What it synchronises

• Complete catalogue: bulk updates of products and product pages from the ERP to WooCommerce.
• Prices and availability: fast updates of stock levels and price lists only, even several times a day.
• Products and variants: records kept aligned between the ERP and the online store.
• Orders and customers (optional): transfer of orders and customer records from the website to ADHOC.
• Multiple warehouses and price lists (optional): management of separate warehouses and price lists.

Update frequency can be configured as required via a server cron job (cPanel, Plesk or system cron) or a dedicated script.

Technical requirements
