The professional integration module connecting the ADHOC Revolution ERP system with custom-built online stores, ensuring that data is always up to date without relying on a standard platform.

The module connects Zucchetti ADHOC Revolution directly to your custom-built e-commerce website: products, variants, prices and stock levels are transferred to the online store automatically, eliminating duplicate data entry. On request, orders and customer records can also be transferred from the website back to the ERP system.

Compatibility

• ADHOC Revolution version 4.2 and later.
• E-commerce websites developed in PHP or ASP.NET, with MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
• ERP database: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL.

What it synchronises

• Complete catalogue: bulk updates of products and product pages from the ERP system to your custom-built e-commerce website.
• Prices and availability: fast updates of stock levels and price lists only, even several times a day.
• Products and variants: records kept synchronised between the ERP system and the store.
• Orders and customers (optional): orders and customer records transferred from the website to ADHOC.
• Multiple warehouses and price lists (optional): management of different warehouses and price lists.

Update frequency can be configured as required using server cron jobs (cPanel, Plesk or system cron) or a dedicated script.
