ImmoSync connects your Miogest real-estate software to your WordPress site: the properties you add in Miogest appear on the site with photos, descriptions, details and categories, and update by themselves when you change a price, add a listing or withdraw one.
After purchase you receive your license key by e-mail and download the plugin from your account. In WordPress an 8-step setup wizard asks for the key and the XML listings feed link that Miogest provides for website integration, reads your hosting limits and lets you choose how to handle photos and categories. Then you run the first import and follow it live, with phases, progress bars and estimated time.
From then on you choose how to update: manually with one click, automatically with WordPress or with a server cron job. If an automatic import fails you get an e-mail; if the feed arrives empty, the site is left untouched.
Properties in WordPress: creates the "Properties" content type with contract, category, amenities, town and area, with no extra plugins.
All Miogest details: 57 fields with translated labels, plus titles and descriptions in other languages when the feed includes them.
Photos: imported into the Media Library in 4 optimised sizes, shown from the Miogest servers or left out. They can be refreshed when they change and removed when deleted.
Your own categories: create the site categories and map the Miogest ones to them; new ones show up automatically with a notice.
Ready-made pages: listings page with filters, property page with gallery, energy class, map and contact form, structured data for Google and 7 shortcodes.

Nuova opzione "Protezione feed incompleti" (Impostazioni › Aggiornamenti, attiva di default): se troppi annunci pubblicati spariscono insieme (30% predefinito) non viene ritirato nulla e arriva un'e-mail; il calo si applica solo se il successivo import lo conferma. Disattivata: decide sempre il feed XML, come prima.
Lock degli import atomico: due import (WordPress, cron del server, manuale) non possono mai girare insieme.
Aggiornare il plugin non rielabora più tutti gli annunci.
Il feed scaricato è salvato con un nome casuale (protetto anche su Nginx e IIS).
Modulo contatti: al massimo 5 richieste ogni 10 minuti dalla stessa connessione.
Viste degli elenchi: griglia, lista, compatta e foto (titolo e prezzo sopra l’immagine), più il carosello negli shortcode. Si scelgono anche colonne e formato delle foto (3:2, 4:3, 16:9, quadrato). Il visitatore può passare da griglia a lista.
Layout della pagina immobile: classico, foto a destra, foto a sinistra, mosaico a 5 foto, a tutta larghezza. Il modulo di contatto può stare di lato o in fondo.
Si possono attivare o disattivare le miniature della galleria e gli immobili simili.
Elenchi negli shortcode:
scelta della vista e del formato delle foto;
filtro per zona;
immobili scelti a mano, in un ordine a piacere, oppure esclusi;
ordine casuale;
parti della scheda da mostrare o nascondere;
pulsante “Vedi tutti gli immobili”.
Pagina degli annunci: filtri, paginazione, ordinamento e scelta griglia/lista si possono disattivare uno per uno.
Singolo immobile: layout, sezioni da mostrare o nascondere, posizione del modulo di contatto. Può anche comparire come scheda (riquadro, riga di lista, compatta, foto).
Categorie: riquadri, riquadri con foto, pillole o lista, con o senza il numero di immobili.
Nuova scheda “Shortcode” nelle impostazioni: si scelgono le opzioni e lo shortcode si scrive da solo, pronto da copiare.
Prima versione pubblica: import del feed XML Miogest, configurazione guidata, foto, categorie, pagine annunci con filtri, 6 lingue.
La licenza si rinnova ogni anno: se scade (dopo 7 giorni di tolleranza) l'import si ferma finché non viene rinnovata.
