The project

Progetto Casa Civitavecchia is an estate agency specialising in property sales and property consultancy.

The aim was to create a modern, functional digital portal capable of showcasing the available properties and offering innovative tools for owners and potential buyers.

One of the main requirements was to integrate a system allowing users to obtain an indicative valuation of their property directly online, without necessarily having to request an initial appointment at the agency.

The solution

Leonardo Network designed and developed a WordPress portal with a bespoke theme, tailor-made to reflect the agency's identity and ensure an intuitive browsing experience.

The platform includes a dynamic property catalogue, with detailed listings, photo galleries, technical features and property search tools.

The main distinguishing feature is the instant property valuation system, integrated through custom functionality that allows users to enter the characteristics of their property and obtain an initial estimate online.

Custom WordPress plugins were also developed to meet the agency's specific operational needs and to extend the portal's functionality.

The project includes a fully responsive interface, optimised for smartphones, tablets and desktops.

The result

A property portal that goes beyond the traditional concept of an online shop window, integrating digital tools dedicated both to property searching and to acquiring new clients.
